Communications

SUBMISSION OF COMMUNICATIONS.

  • Communications must be original and have not been presented at other conferences or published in any printed or virtual media.

  • The contents of the communications should be related to the theme of the congress and its thematic areas proposed.

  • Each communication will necessarily imply one registration in the congress, not that of the other signatories.

  • Each author will appear as a signer in a maximum of three communications.

  • Each communication will be signed by a maximum of three authors.

PRESENTATION OF ABSTRACTS.

Complete and send the summary submission form. If this is not possible, a summary of the communication will be sent to the following address: <presentaciones@congresohistoriaenfermeria.com> conforming to the following characteristics:

  • Summaries will have a maximum length of 300 words, and will comply, basically, with the historical research method, including the presentation of objectives, methodology, sources, presentation of results, conclusions, and bibliography.

  • Abstracts must be sent from April 5, 2018 to July 15, 2018 to the following email address:

  • Abstracts will be presented in Spanish and English, with three key words (also in Spanish and English), all of them set out in the attached form.

  • The Scientific committee will communicate, by email to the authors, the acceptance, denial or recommended changes in summaries within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the summary of the communication.

  • Once the communication has been accepted, the full text must be submitted, following the rules proposed by the Scientific Committee, before September 10, 2018, in order to have the book of communications and communications during the same sessions of the Congress.

PUBLICATION FORMAT OF THE FULL TEXT IN THE BOOK OF ACTS OF THE CONGRESS.

  • The Scientific Committee will communicate, to the authors whose communications have been accepted, the specific rules of presentation for their definitive publication in the Congress Book, which will be available in the sessions of the congress.

  • Texts accepted and received within the indicated periods will be published in the language in which they are sent by the authors (Spanish or English).

RULES FOR PRESENTING ORAL COMMUNICATIONS DURING THE CONGRESS.

  • The oral communication will have a maximum time of eight minutes.

  • During the celebration of the congress, communicators will contact the moderators of their committee at least 30 minutes before the start of their oral presentation, to prepare the session.

CERTIFICATES.

Certificates of attendance and submission of papers will be sent in digital format once the congress is over.

ACCREDITATION.

Various official accreditations are requested.
